Lauren Diaz is an EMDRIA-approved EMDR consultant-in-training who enjoys supporting both newly trained and experienced EMDR therapists as they work toward certification. She understands the importance of ongoing consultation and advanced training beyond EMDR basic training, and is passionate about helping therapists refine their skills to provide safe, effective, and tailored treatment for their clients.

Lauren specializes in helping clinicians develop strategies for clients they feel “stuck” with or for whom EMDR does not seem to be progressing as expected. She has extensive experience using a variety of advanced EMDR protocols, providing guidance on clinical decision-making, case conceptualization from the AIP model, and advanced techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.
